The Martin Family Foundation will have three funding cycles in 2012.  Letters of inquiry and completed applications (for those receiving LOI approval) must be submitted by  the cycle due dates to be considered in that funding cycle.  If received after a deadline, the LOI or completed application will not be considered until the next funding cycle. Please plan your requests accordingly.  The Foundation cannot make special accommodations if deadlines are missed by the applicant.   The funding cycles for 2012 are:

Winter 2012 cycle –  LOI due: 12/16/11,   Application due:  1/13/12                                                            Funding Decision Notification:  3/2012

Summer 2012 cycle – LOI due:  5/11/12,   Application due:  6/8/12                                                                Funding Decision Notification:  8/2012

Fall 2012 cycle –   LOI due:  8/24/12,  Application due:  10/21/12                                                                  Funding Decision Notification:  11/2012
